Product Returns
We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order. If you would like to return any product, you may do so at any time up until the 14th day after their receipt on the strict condition that the product has not been removed from its original packaging and that the packaging has not been damaged (unless the product is defective). Please note that we will only process returns for orders placed directly with Barefoot venus.com. Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number. You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless the product delivered is defective.
In such a case, Barefoot Venus.com will assume the costs and risks related to shipping. Ship the package via an insured courier.
