Product Returns

We hope that you are completely satisfied with your order! If there are any issues with your order or you have any concerns, please review our policies below and contact us at info@barefootvenus.com within 21 days of purchase. 

Refund Conditions:

• Products were purchased directly from www.barefootvenus.com. (We do not issue refunds for products purchased at our retail partners. In these cases, you must follow up with the store directly and follow their return policy guidelines)
• Products were purchased within the last 21 days.
• Products must be returned in new or gently used condition.
• Returned products must be accompanied by the invoice and order number

You must assume the cost and risks of product returns, unless the product delivered is defective. In such a case, please email us at info@barefootvenus.com and we will assume the costs and risks related to shipping. 

Ship the package via an insured courier.

Return Procedure:

Once the carrier returns your package to our warehouse, we will email you immediately letting you know and you will be issued a full refund for the item(s), minus shipping charges. Re-stocking fees do not apply to returned products.  

• All refunds are credited against the original payment method.  No cash refunds will be provided.
• All sale items are unfortunately non-refundable.
• Shipping and Handling fees are non-refundable.
